History tells us that evolution and innovation is the product of experience and knowledge.  This experience is derived from both success and failure – the most powerful being the learnings from our failures that drive us to create solutions and opportunities that didn’t exist.

As a society, we should celebrate and encourage failure with the view to supporting people to take the energy and courage to create success through innovation.
