Innovation must be lead from the front and the Founder / CEO must be the driving force to develop this culture.
The simplest way to create an innovative culture is to continually question all aspects of the business’ services/products, operations and efficiency.
By continuing to improve the offer, efficiency and finding solutions to issues, companies can create barriers to entry from competitors as well as ultimately create intellectual property that will enhance the value of the business.
Innovation isn’t for the ‘sake’ of change – it is for the ‘necessity’ of change for companies to evolve and be sustainable.
