At the time, that was a seriously ambitious question. Founded by Marc Meili in 2006, Protech started as a small business with a bold vision to set new standards in recruitment. As the company gained traction through reliable, consistent and professional workforce solutions, the emphasis shifted from building a regional presence to establishing a national operation.

The turning point

 To explore alternatives and make decisions around business scale, service innovation and geographic expansion, the team identified the need for independent guidance from experienced advisors. In 2010, Queensland Leaders became the logical next step for Protech.
