Developing the next generation of international corporations headquartered in Queensland.

Each year Queensland Leaders selects up to 20 leading private sector companies from all the nominations received to become Queensland Leaders Members.

Each Member will formally participate for 12 months, with a focus on skilling up the founder and senior executives of the organisation and providing them with exclusive access to investment and other market opportunities.

There are three primary objectives for Queensland Leaders, these are:

• Develop and enhance the leadership skills of directors;
• Build the head office infrastructure and networks for human and capital resource retention;
• Increase business investment and opportunities across a diverse range of industry sectors across the State.
